How to Search for a Customer

Open the Customers section

Go to the Customers section in the platform.Customers section in the platform navigation

Search and select

Search for the customer by name, email, customer ID, or share link, then click on the customer’s link to open their account.If the customer is not found, they have not interacted with the referral program previously and will need to be enrolled manually (see below).Customer search results by name, email, or share link

How to Add a Customer

Select a campaign

Go to the Customers section in the platform. Click Enrol a customer to campaign to see your campaign options. Enter customer details

Enter the customer’s first name, surname, and email address.Customer enrolment form with name and email fields

Configure options and register

If the customer is a paying customer (i.e. they’ve purchased your product), ensure that “This customer is a paying customer” is ticked. Ask the customer if they consent to receiving emails. If they do, tick “Send referrer registration and forward emails”. Otherwise, leave the box unticked. Click Register customer.Paying customer and email consent options with Register button
If your customer has opted out of Registration & Forward emails, they will still receive reward fulfilment emails for any successful referrals they make.

Find the referrer

Go to the Customers section in the platform. Search for the existing customer (referrer) by name, email, customer ID, or share link, then click to open their account. If the customer is not found, enrol them manually first (see above).Searching for an existing referrer customer

Add a friend

Scroll down to Sharing offers and select Actions > Add a friend.Actions menu with Add a friend option under Sharing offers

Enter referee details

Fill out the details for the new customer on the “Add referee” page and click Save.Add referee form with customer details

Confirm the referral

Review the details on the final page and click Confirm referral to link the new customer (referee) to the existing customer (referrer). If the new customer has already made a purchase, the platform will give the option to confirm the purchase, allowing the referrer to be awarded.Confirm referral page linking referee to referrer
