Will I receive any training on the platform?

We offer videos and knowledge base guides covering a Platform Demo and Customer Journey Demo. Training materials are also provided for your Customer Service team at the end of the onboarding process.

What parts of onboarding can I start before the contract is signed?

The first thing to do is complete the setup form. You will then receive your onboarding plan and can initiate the technical integration. We also recommend preparing design assets (images, logo, and fonts) ready for upload into the platform.

Is there a specific sequence I should follow in the onboarding plan?

We strongly recommend following the order in the onboarding plan, as some tasks depend on prior completion. For example, migrating a campaign from DEMO to LIVE requires prior completion of design sign-off, copy, and demo tag testing.

What do I do if I need support whilst onboarding?
