Mention Me’s Submit a Request forms are the best way to reach the Support, Design, On Demand, and Tech teams. These forms are designed to capture the right information upfront so your request can be handled efficiently.
You can find the forms in the Help Centre, or via the widget in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard.
Update your Design/Images
Submit a design request for changes to email images, referral journey visuals, CTA styling, or any other design element. First drafts are typically delivered within 5 working days.
Setting up an Offer (Experiment)
Request a new offer setup. Turnaround is typically 2–3 working days. Once set up, you can push offers live yourself.
Setting up an A/B Test
Request A/B test setup. Turnaround is typically 2–3 working days.
Request a promotion setup for seasonal events or limited-time campaigns. Turnaround is typically 2–3 working days. Learn more about time-limited offers.
Setting up a Smart Experiment
Request a Smart Experiment setup. Turnaround is typically 2–3 working days.
Setting up a new Campaign or Market

Update your Copy
You can edit copy yourself or use the live comments tool. Alternatively, submit a copy change request. Turnaround is typically 1–2 working days.
Help with Tech
Submit a tech request for issues with tags, integrations, bugs, webhooks, SFTP, API, or other technical matters. The Tech Support team will confirm receipt within 1–2 working days.
Upload Data
Submit a data upload request. Name files accurately and describe what’s needed. Turnaround is typically 1–2 working days.
General enquiries
Submit a general request for operational or On Demand questions, programme suggestions, or anything else. Turnaround is typically 1–2 working days.
