Some content is not editable in the front-end. In those cases, leave a comment directly on the preview page:
Your comment will automatically be sent to Mention Me Support for review. You’ll be notified via email when it’s resolved.

Editable Pages with the Highest Impact on Conversion
- Referrer - Offer page: The first view after purchase encourages sharing
- Referrer - Sharing screen: Controls share message text viewed by others

- Referee - Registration page: First brand interaction for new customers

Using HTML Codes
You can use HTML where enabled, such as on Terms & Conditions pages. Look for areas labelled “You can use HTML tags within this item”. A list of all available HTML codes can be found at: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/
Finding & Fixing Hardcoded Placeholders
Sometimes reward values like “$50” get hardcoded instead of using dynamic placeholders. To find and fix these:- Duplicate an existing offer and use text editing mode to locate and replace outdated references
- Use Command+F (or Ctrl+F) to search for legacy reward amounts in preview screens
- Replace static text with appropriate dynamic content items to future-proof your campaigns
- Access the “Review content items” section to update global content that still uses outdated rewards
Requesting a Copy Change
We always recommend customising the generic copy to align with your brand tone of voice in-house using the steps above. However, if you need our help, you can request copy changes in two ways:- Use the comments tool — Leave a comment directly on the offer preview as described above
- Fill in our dedicated forms — Look for the Help button in the bottom right corner of your dashboard, or go to our main help page
The form accepts up to 5 attachments. For additional attachments, send as a Google Drive link.
