Where Mention Me Stores Data

We store customer data in Ireland in multiple, physically and logically separated data centres run by AWS (Amazon Web Services). We are ISO 27001 certified and run external penetration tests every six months. See more details at mention-me.com/security. We can provide our DPA and information security policy upon request - raise a support request.

Encryption in Transit

All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) or SFTP (SSH). For SFTP file transfers, an additional layer of PGP file-level encryption is available. See SFTP File Encryption for details. The platform includes a secure file transfer component for transferring files between clients and Mention Me, available in your dashboard under Settings & Tools > Data & Reporting > Secure File Transfer.

Encryption at Rest

The Mention Me platform databases are encrypted at rest with AWS RDS encryption using industry-standard AES-256 ciphers. Read more about Encrypting Amazon RDS Resources.
