Network Insights overview

How Best Networks are Ranked

Networks are ranked using multiple characteristics including: Network Revenue, Average Number of Orders per Customer, Average ICR, Network Size, and Longest Referral Chain. The ranking formula uses a weighting and ranking system aimed at identifying the most valuable networks that nurture advocacy.

Network Characteristics

  • Network Revenue: The sum of revenue from each individual in the network (all time).
  • Average Number of Orders per Customer: Total orders in the network (all time) divided by Network Size.
  • Average ICR (Individual Customer Revenue): Network Revenue divided by Network Size.
  • Network Size: The number of customers in the network.
  • Longest Referral Chain: The longest continuous referral chain within the network. Long chains indicate that referred customers are keen on advocating further.

Long Chains

Long chain network diagram
Each referee refers one person in a chain of sequential referrals. This indicates that referees are happy to refer again. However, if the average order is only one and there are no other shapes in the chain, it could indicate gaming worth investigating.
