To prevent a customer from referring, receiving any rewards, or receiving any communication from Mention Me:

Find the customer

Log into your dashboard. Go to the Customers section and search for the customer you want to block.

Block the customer

On the customer’s account, click on the Actions button and choose Block this customer. A pop-up will explain what will happen once the customer is blocked. You are also given the choice to mark them as suspected of gaming instead.

Verify

Once blocked, a message will appear at the top of their account. To unblock the customer, click on the Actions button again and choose Unblock this customer.
