Prerequisites

• Feefo — Ability to create app keys
• Mention Me — Access to the Mention Me platform (contact your CSM or request support if needed)

Step 1 — Create App Keys in Feefo

Log in to Feefo

Log in to Feefo with access to create App Keys.

Navigate to App Keys

Go to Settings > App Keys.

Create a new App Key

Create a new App Key for Mention Me.

Set permissions

Set the following permissions and click Create App Key:

• Reviews API

Open key details

Click Details on the key.

Copy Client ID and Secret

Copy the following (you will need them in Step 2):

• Client ID
• Client Secret

Copy Merchant ID

Copy your Feefo Merchant ID from the top menu (you will need it in Step 2).

Step 2 — Set up the integration in Mention Me

Connect the integration

On the Mention Me platform, click Connect.

Accept Terms and Conditions

Agree to the Terms and Conditions (if applicable — skipped if already accepted).

Enter credentials

Enter the credentials from Step 1:

• Client ID
• Client Secret
• Merchant ID

Complete setup

Click Finish to complete setup.

Feefo banner setup

Request your Feefo banner

Contact your Mention Me Client Success Manager and request a Feefo banner.

Approve the banner design

Your CSM will share the banner copy and visual design. Review and approve the final version.

Test the banner URL

You will receive a unique URL that hosts your banner, e.g.:

https://static-mention-me.s3-eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/feefo/[merchant_name]/feefo_v1.html

Paste it into your browser to confirm the banner loads correctly.

Add the banner in your Feefo account

Log in to Feefo

Log in to your Feefo account.

Navigate to Manage Campaigns

Go to Campaigns > Manage Campaigns.

Select a campaign

Select the campaign you want to add the banner to.

Edit the campaign

Click Actions > Edit.

Open Campaign Preferences

Navigate to Campaign Preferences.

Configure the iframe banner

Under the iframe section:

• Enable Show iframe banner
• Choose the rating type to show: Service (1-5 stars), Product (1-5 stars), or NPS (1-10 score)
• Set the appropriate score values
• Paste the iframe URL from Step 3

Your banner will appear in the preview area.

Save the campaign

Click Save Campaign and exit.
