This article explains the reporting available for influencers, their content, and the revenue generated through your influencer programme.

Accessing Brand-Level Reporting

You can access brand-level influencer reporting directly in the dashboard. Go to Influencer Reporting Overview.

Reporting Sections

Brand-level reporting is split into three sections, each covering a different aspect of your influencer programme. With all reporting, you can select from pre-defined periods or create a custom period using the date range selector.

Influencer Metrics

An overview of the people in your programme: registrations, approvals, engagement, and audience size.

Total registrationsTotal number of influencers who have signed up to participate.
Total approvedNumber of registered influencers who have been reviewed and approved.
Participation ratePercentage of approved influencers who have created at least one brand-related story, post, reel, or video.
Potential reachTotal number of followers for all approved influencers across all channels.

Content Metrics

Activity and output of approved influencers, showing how much branded content is being created and where it’s published.

Total content publishedNumber of stories, posts, reels, and videos created by influencers tagging your brand across all channels.
Published content per channelNumber of Instagram stories, posts, and TikToks created by your influencers tagging your brand, broken down by channel.

Revenue Metrics

The business impact driven by your influencers, covering revenue, customers, orders, and commission.
MetricDefinition
Revenue generatedTotal revenue from orders placed by customers introduced by an influencer.
CommissionTotal commission earned by influencers based on actions such as new customer purchases or content creation.
Customers acquiredNumber of first-time and reactivated customers introduced by influencers.
Orders placedTotal number of orders made by customers introduced via influencers.

Individual Influencer Performance

You can download detailed metrics on how individual influencers are performing for more granular insight.

How to Download

Select a time period

Choose the time period you want to report on.

Download the report

Press the Download individual influencers button — a report will be generated, and you’ll receive an email when it’s ready.

Analyse the data

Import the report into a spreadsheet for further analysis.

Downloaded Report Metrics

New Customers AcquiredNumber of first-time and reactivated customers introduced by the influencer.
New Signups (Subscription Businesses only)Net new customers who signed up following the influencer’s recommendation.
Total RevenueRevenue from orders placed by customers introduced by the influencer.
Brand PostsTotal pieces of content (stories, posts, reels) created by the influencer across all channels.
Total Number of FollowersCombined number of followers the influencer has across all channels.
