Quick answers to the most common Reporting issues.

”I can’t see Reporting in the sidebar.”

Reporting is under Referral → Reporting. If you still can’t see it, your account may not have Reporting access enabled. Contact your account administrator or raise a support ticket.

”Why is the comparison option greyed out?”

Three chart subtypes don’t support comparisons: share, funnel, and stacked bar. Switch the chart to line or bar to re-enable the option. The second reason comparison is disabled: the tile already has a breakdown. Comparison and breakdown are mutually exclusive. Clear the breakdown first. See comparisons and choosing a chart.

”Why can’t I filter this tile by market?”

A handful of metrics are business-wide and don’t scope to a market:
  • Total Orders
  • Product Referral metrics
If your tile uses one of these, the Market filter is ignored and the tile shows the business-wide number. See filters and time periods.

”The Industry benchmark option isn’t showing up.”

Two conditions must both be true:
  1. Your metric must be one of the eight benchmark-eligible metrics.
  2. Your brand’s category must have benchmark data available.
If either is false, the Industry benchmark option is hidden from the Compare picker. See compare to industry.

”My numbers haven’t updated today.”

Reporting data refreshes once a day, overnight. Today’s numbers reflect activity up to the end of yesterday. There is no way to trigger a refresh sooner.

”I added a metric but the tile shows zero.”

Check three things in order:
  1. Time period. The default is last 30 days. Short periods might show zero for low-volume metrics.
  2. Filters. The dashboard’s market filter might scope to a segment with no data. Try clearing the market filter.
  3. Genuinely no data. Some metrics (like benchmark-eligible rates) need a minimum volume of activity to compute. New programmes or small markets can legitimately show zero.

”Where did my dashboard go?”

The dashboards list shows all dashboards in your brand. Check:
  • The filter above the list. If it’s set to “My team” or a specific creator, switch to “All” to see everything.
  • The dashboard may have been renamed. Search by a term you remember in the title.
  • If it was deleted, there is no undo. Raise a support ticket if you need help recovering it.
