Add and edit credentials for GiftCloud, Love2shop, SAP Commerce Cloud, Runa, Fanatics, or Recharge from Settings > Integrations.
Use this to connect a provider from Settings > Integrations. For what reward automation is and what you can do once connected, see Understanding Reward Automation.
The dialog is the same for every provider. Only the fields change.

There is no separate Classic setup article for SAP Commerce Cloud. The access token URL is the OAuth token endpoint for your SAP Commerce Cloud instance.
Only merchant admins can add or edit providers. Other roles can see the cards.
I need to remove a connection
For most providers there is no delete - leave the credentials in place and stop using that connection on rewards. If a secret has leaked, edit the connection and replace the secret. Recharge is the exception: see Connecting Recharge.
The save fails
Mention Me validates the credentials against the provider. Check each field, including the environment on Fanatics and the token URL on SAP Commerce Cloud, then try again.
