When a customer no longer wants referral-related emails, unsubscribe them from the profile. This stops registration, reminder, and reward fulfilment emails from Mention Me. It does not affect any emails your own systems send.
Unsubscribing also stops reward fulfilment emails. If the customer is mid-referral, fulfil any open rewards manually before turning emails off.

Steps

Open the profile

Find the customer in the Customers list and open their profile.

Open the actions menu

Click next to Enrol in campaign.

Choose Unsubscribe from emails

The Receiving emails field in the side panel switches to No.

Re-enable emails

Repeat the same steps. When emails are off, the action label flips to Resubscribe to emails. Click it to turn emails back on.
