If a customer can’t find their reward code in their email, you can reveal it directly from their profile.

Open the customer's profile

Find them via the Customers list and open the profile.

Reveal the code

In the Activity feed, find the referral entry and click Reveal next to the masked code.

Double-click the revealed code to select it, then copy it to share with the customer.
