If a customer can’t find a referral email you sent them, resend it from their profile. Useful for reward fulfilment, registration, or reminder emails.
Only delivered emails can be resent. Bounced, suppressed, or unsent emails won’t show the resend button.

Steps

Open the profile

Find the customer in the Customers list and open their profile.

Find the email in the timeline

Scroll to the activity timeline and switch to the Emails tab to narrow the list. Click the email you want to resend.

Resend

Review the recipient, subject, and content in the side panel. Click Resend email at the bottom. A toast confirms it’s been resent.
