Roles

Admin-only settings pages stay hidden in the sidebar for Marketing and Developer roles. A direct URL shows You do not have permission to view this page. For the classic user-management model, see User Management.

Invite Colleagues

Open Invite

Click Invite.

Add Emails and Roles

Enter each person’s work email (placeholder colleague@company.com) and pick a role. Click Add another for extra rows.

Send

Click Send invites. They receive an email invitation. Pending invites appear on the Invitations tab.

Change a Role or Remove a Member

Find the Member

On the Members tab, find the row. Your own row is labelled (you) and you cannot change your own role there.

Change the Role

Use the role dropdown on their row.

Remove Access

Click Remove, then confirm. They lose access immediately.

Revoke an Invitation

Open the Invitations tab. Each row shows the email, role, status, and when it was sent. Click Revoke invitation to cancel a pending invite. If there are no pending invites, you will see No pending invitations.
