We are ISO 27001 certified and run external penetration tests every six months. See more details at [mention-me.com/security](https://www.mention-me.com/security). We can provide our DPA and information security policy upon request — [raise a support request](https://help.mention-me.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new). ## Encryption in transit All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) or SFTP (SSH). The platform includes a [secure file transfer](/knowledge/security/data-management/send-data-securely) component for transferring files between clients and Mention Me, available in your dashboard under **Settings & Tools > Data & Reporting > Secure File Transfer**. Secure File Transfer page in the Mention Me platform ## Encryption at rest The Mention Me platform databases are encrypted at rest with AWS RDS encryption using industry-standard AES-256 ciphers.
