# Block a Customer

> Prevent a customer from referring, receiving rewards, or receiving any communication from Mention Me.

To prevent a customer from referring, receiving any rewards, or receiving any communication from Mention Me:

  <Step title="Find the customer">
    Log into your dashboard. Go to the **Customers** section and search for the customer you want to block.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Block the customer">
    On the customer's account, click on the **Actions** button and choose **Block this customer**. A pop-up will explain what will happen once the customer is blocked. You are also given the choice to mark them as suspected of gaming instead.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Verify">
    Once blocked, a message will appear at the top of their account. To unblock the customer, click on the **Actions** button again and choose **Unblock this customer**.
