> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.mention-me.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # How to Use Secure File Sharing > Upload and manage files securely between Mention Me and your team using Secure File Sharing. **Early access.** This page documents the Secure File Sharing experience on **app.mention-me.com**, currently available as a beta. For the classic documentation, see [How to Send Data Securely](/knowledge/security/data-management/send-data-securely#access-secure-document-transfer). Use Secure File Sharing whenever you need to share sensitive files with Mention Me, such as customer data extracts or other confidential documents. ## Access Secure File Sharing Navigate to **Settings > Data & Reporting > Secure File Sharing**. The Secure File Sharing page with an empty file list and the Upload Files button in the top right Files added to Secure File Sharing are only available for **2 weeks** before they're automatically deleted. ## Upload a File Select **Upload Files** in the top right of the Secure File Sharing page. Files up to 500 MB are supported. The Upload Files panel showing a selected file above the Upload button Add a description to help the Mention Me team identify the file's purpose. This description applies to all files in the upload. If you leave it empty, the filename is used instead. You'll be redirected to the Secure File Sharing page, where a **Success** notification confirms your files have been uploaded. Your team members and Mention Me staff can also access and download files in this shared space. A tooltip showing the option to copy a file's link to the clipboard ## Delete a File Locate the file you want to remove in the list on the Secure File Sharing page. Select **Delete** next to the file you want to remove. The Delete button in the Actions column next to a file in the Secure File Sharing list Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears. Once deleted, a **File deleted** notification confirms the file has been removed from the list.
