# How to Prepare to Launch

> Unlock the launch checklist from the Onboarding Hub. This gets the programme ready. It does not launch the campaign.

**Prepare to launch** gets the programme ready for the last checks. Nothing customer-facing goes live yet. After you confirm, the hub opens the **Launch checklist**.

You cannot return to launch prep once you start.

  <Step title="Finish Setup">
    Complete the steps under **Set up your programme**. The Prepare stage stays locked, with a note naming the remaining tasks, until those are done.

  <Step title="Check Loose Ends">
    If the hub shows a **Loose ends** panel, work through those items first. They are worth fixing now, for example a missing logo or reply-to address.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open Prepare to Launch">
    When the stage reads **Ready**, the card shows **Ready to get set for launch.** Click **Prepare to launch**.

  <Step title="Confirm">
    Read the confirmation. It repeats that nothing goes live yet, and that you cannot return to launch prep.

    Click **Prepare to launch** to continue, or **Not yet** to close the dialog.

The hub progress moves from **Prepare** to **Go live**, and the launch checklist unlocks.
