The **Configure branding** step sets the look of your customer journeys: colours, fonts, tone of voice and button style. Mention Me can detect these from your homepage, and you can edit anything before you save. On the [Onboarding Hub](/knowledge-app/onboarding/overview), click **Configure branding**. If Mention Me could read your homepage, the form is pre-filled. Check each field rather than assuming the detection is complete. The Configure branding form showing colour, font and tone controls Choose a **primary** colour for buttons and links, plus **text** and **background** colours. Keep enough contrast for the journey to stay readable. Pick a Google Font or a web-safe font. Custom fonts apply to website screens. Emails fall back to web-safe fonts such as Arial or Georgia. Choose a tone, or enter a custom one: * Warm and refined * Bold and energetic * Minimal and clean * Playful and friendly * Premium and understated Then pick a button corner style: **Rounded**, **Subtle** or **Sharp**. Save your branding. The hub marks the step complete and returns you to the checklist. While Mention Me is still applying your brand, the hub shows **Detecting your branding…** and **Draft your first campaign** waits. You cannot create a campaign until that finishes. If branding setup is not available (usually because the account has no single customer-facing layout to update), skip the step and ask a teammate to tidy the layouts first.
