# How to Find a Customer's Reward Code

> Reveal a customer's reward code directly from their profile if they can't find it in their fulfilment email.

If a customer can't find their reward code in their email, you can reveal it directly from their profile.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the customer's profile">
    Find them via the [Customers list](/knowledge-app/customers/browse/customer-list) and open the profile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Reveal the code">
    In the **Activity** feed, find the referral entry and click **Reveal** next to the masked code.
